My LCD smashed but my touch works
Is only screen broken or and display?

Bad news, both the glass and the screen were broken. According to this link LCD Screen Replacement for Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505 Black Mist, i suppose you need to spend much to repair Absolutely you can find much cheaper LCD screen replacement. Please Note: one, make sure your version when buying replacement parts. two, you'd better replace the whole display with supporting frame, it's easier.
