Broken speaker. Now what?

I dropped my phone and afterwards I couldn't hear very well during a call along with some unusual sounds. When I shake the phone I can hear some jiggling around.

This is a secondhand phone. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to fix it or if my only option is replacement.

Hmmm. Found a page on the link's website that you provided. Supposedly the jiggling noise I mentioned before is related to a piece of the sim tray.

Maybe the call quality is a result of my carrier?
