Broken Volume Up Button & Boot Loop Problem

Hi, I have read through the forum and see a common solution to the boot loop problem is to put the phone into recovery mode. To do this you seem to need a working volume up button, however, on my phone the volume up button is broken.
Does anyone know of a way to overcome this problem?
