Broken Wifi

Bit of a strange problem and I've never seen or heard of it before. My girlfriend went to take a shower so I took out my phone (LG G3) to watch some YouTube or something till she got back. I turned on the WiFi and pulled up YouTube. My phone was also on like 30 or so battery so it was on the charger. It restarted itself randomly which happens from time to time. But when it came back up, it will NOT connect to the WiFi. I've tried restarting it a few times, restarting my router, etc. It won't even pull up the WiFi menu to select which WiFi to use. The toolbar WiFi icon stays stuck saying it's turned on and won't turn off. Any suggestions or ideas?
