This isn't really an android question per se, but the amazing power of the android ecosystem is what makes me need to ask!

I use my phone like a PDA that happens to make phone calls too. I currently use an LG Optimus T on my regional carrier with no data plan. I get plenty of network connectivity over Wifi, but by adding the SIM card from my old flip phone, I can make calls when I need to. I'd like to upgrade to something nicer, unlocked with GSM of course. Suggestions are welcome, but my real question is: do you know of a good place to browse Android handsets by features rather than by carrier? Since I can use any GSM phone, I'd love to be able to look at all of my options and be able to browse by manufacturer, screen size and Android version. Androidcentral.com has a great database of phones, but no way to really dig into what's there. With the wealth of Android handsets in the world, someone needs to provide a way to flip through them all!

I live in East Europe.

Here we can access several sites and compare all phones. Unfortunately, when the carriers get them in the States, they bastardize them with thier skins and give them different names.

So not much help to you.

You may want to look at the Samsung Galaxy S

Nicely put, Moscow. Lol

Your best bet is to go with a GSM phone from att or tmobile. The Galaxy ll would be a good choice.
