browser crash selecting word

Anyone else notice if you double click a word to select it more than once in a text box such as here the browser will crash?

I only do it here. So Im wondering if its just here or everywhere.

Hmm. Actually it appears to be an issue just tapping the text box several times anywhere.

I tried to do this on mine but I can't reproduce any anomaly. My text selection works as it should. Can you explain more what is happening to you so I can try it?

For instance. As I'm typing this. If I make a mistake or it auto corrects and I finish my sentence : I go back and double tap on the word. It selects. However sometimes it deselects. Then when I do it again it crashes.

Try typing stuff. Then go back and double tap on some words as you were to select them individually. It seems if I do it more than once. It will crash.

BlackHawkA4, I can't get mine to crash by doing this, the word selection works as normal, don't deselect or crashes. I am using Swiftkey not the stock keyboard though. Are you using the stock keyboard.

Sorry, no crash with the stock keyboard either, works well. No deselection or crashes.

Sure needed if you are anything like me, I go crazy installing everything I find on the market, just to give it try. Often find myself needing to do a factory reset because I broke this or the other...

Hasn't happened since I posted. Doesn't like to select word sometimes however. (Only on double clicking method)

Forgot to mention it was on AC forum mobile site where I have the problem. Don't know if that makes a difference.

Edit; just got it to do it on Facebook mobile site.
