Browser Screen Size

On my tablet I have noticed that when opening a web page in the stock browser the page always opens slightly larger than the screen - not a lot, just a little. In order to to make it fit to the tablet screen I have to "pinch" on the display slightly to make it snap to the correct fit. Is this normal behavior? Is there anyway to make pages open by default to fit the screen window? Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition.

Whoops didn't read the description on the thumbnail thing. Have you tried turning full screen off? You could always try using a third party browser like dolphin or next browser. They're great browsers that can sync bookmarks to Chrome on PC
