My screen goes darker when I'm in the browser if I hit bookmarks it brightens back up any idea why it dims in browser and any idea how to make it stop?

Pull the notification bar down and find the toggle that says power savings and shut it off

^^ Agreed especially if it's happening after a minute or so. Otherwise check your brightness settings.
