bubble like marks on black s4

Has anyone else got bubble marks at the top of their black s4? They are round the sensors on mine and even more noticeable in the light. It kind of looks like a screen protector and you can press the bubbles. They are not raised. I looked at another one in the shop and it also had one bubble like mark although mine has a few
