Bug in S3?

Hi,
i got a strange problem.
I am not able to open any site otherthan google from my samsung galaxy S3.Even google play store.if i try to access any non google site via google search it shows "authentication via the proxy server was unsuccessful"

help please

You can try one of several things. You can try clearing the cache in the browser that you are using, by going to Settings>Application Manager>swipe over to all apps, scroll down to your browser. Tap it, and click clear cache, and reopen the browser and try other sites. Next, do the same steps and clear data, and try again. You can try to clear the phone's cache in recovery, but I would guess you are using the stock browser? If so, download a different one. The Samsung browser sucks. Try, Dolphin, Opera, Boat Browser, Firefox, or Chrome.

Does this happen using WiFi or mobile data, or both?
