Bug report Nexus 5

Hello guys, I hope that someone can help me out here, I got this message on my phone today, and it said Bug report saved to Google drive, I look and there it is a Bug report and it is a long reports.
I didn't do anything to create this report can someone explain to me what could've happen.

Do you have your Developer Options turned on? Go to Settings>Developer Options​, and make sure nothing is checked. Or turn them off altogether.
