Bug with Polaris Office

So I was typing up and email in Polaris Office prior to sending it and sometimes my keyboard would become unresponsive so i would have to disconnect the tablet from the dock. When I would do this I would lose all non saved data I had been working on. And the keyboard bug acctually just happened while writing this post too. I will just be typing and then the keyboard will stop working all together. Any idea whats causing this or how to send a bug into ASUS. Sorry for the wall of text. Thanks for reading and any help would be wondeful.

There are issues with the Keyboard/Dock from Asus...There is a thread over at XDA-Developers about the issues people are running into with it:
