*BUG* with Typography/lettering

I use several typography/lettering apps on my Android. (Picsart, Kine, Pixel Lab, etc) to add words to photos and videos.

I switched to the S23 Ultra a week ago... NOW -
1- You can't change the COLOR of any font on ANY app.
2- the outline border will NOT appear around letters in any app.
3- you can't add TEXTURE to any words/letters.

All this after FINALLY solving the issue with the washed-out colors on the display.

SO- I can't use ANY of the apps I usually use every single day. (I also play a couple of games which now... never get out of BOOTING UP mode.)

....and yeah. I know I sound like a 13 year old... but I am over 50.

HOW CAN I GET SOMEONE AT SAMSUNG TO ACTUALLY READ ABOUT MY BUG?

Welcome to AC!

Fonts you have in settings>display
You can also change screen mode from natural to vivid, if you want more options use a 3rd party launcher like Nova to change app colors and more fonts or Samsung Good Lock app
Samsung members app for any complaints to Samsung.

The two standard ways are: (1) read the device's documentation to find contact information; or (2) go to the device's Settings | About to find contact information.
