Bugs on Nexus 7 2012 running 4.4.2

I have been using a nexus 7 and lately I've came across a bug, everyday at certain times(specifically when clock hits xx:00) the following changes takes place.
1. WiFi turns off by itself.
2. Bluetooth turns on by itself.
3. Brightness goes from auto to manual.
4. Display timout gets set to 30 secs.
It happens everyday especially at night 11:00 pm, I wonder if this is a known bug?
