Bugs using Goodlock after march update Note 10+

I have notice software issues using Samsung goodlock after updating to March security update on galaxy note 10 plus. Has anyone else experienced this?

NavStar wont open because it says I need to update my phone. I'm on March 1st security update and google play Feburary 1st security update. How do I update google play?

From what I understand Navastar won't be updated for the note 10 until April.
