I can't find the Build No. on my Xiaomi 11! What is it named on this device?

Perhaps instead you have MIUI Version?

All Specs - tap Kernel Version several times to bring up a CIT screen (idk what that stands for).

As well as many hardware tests, No. 1 : "Check version info" gives you a whole page including IMEI and Build number.
