can someone edit the harmonia 2.05 build prop to get it working on metro pcs i have a rom almost fully running and all i need is to edit the build prop change cdma carrier ID and numeric to whatever Metro uses will pay at least 20 bucks if someone does this

It is not illegal.
The new law is a bill PROPOSAL.

Even then, it really changes nothing, the original alaw says you cannot change the numbers to avoid the new database. The old law states you cannot change it in order to commit fraud. Not only is the new law pretty pointless as it would be fraud to bypass the new database anyhow, but the original said it was illegal to do so in order to commit fraud, which is illegal anyhow.


An OV on Metro is not committing fraud, you are simply putting a different phone onto their system, which you are paying to access.

You have to change the part right next to it that says Virgin as well as the actual number.

I have to say this... $20 your willing to fork out to get this fixed + $50 you could probably get for your OV on ebay = $70 which is probably about what you would have to pay for a used Optimus M.
