G998U1UEU4BUKF is OTA for many carriers (otherwise downloadable via Frija), 299MB. No new Android security patch (still Nov 1). It seems to fix the adaptive-refresh scroll/stutter bug.

It fixed the lagging on mine. If you select to show refresh rate, you'll see it stays at 120 while scrolling and reverts to 60 when you stop. Fine with me.

Download the update on my S21 Ultra on the Spectrum Mobile network this morning. Browser seems less lagggy.

Downloaded and installed on my s21 ultra unlocked on Tmobile. Definitely solved the lag now.

Before the update, I had the show refresh rate displayed and when I was using Google discovery or Instagram, it would show it alternating between 60 and 120 when scrolling, thus causing that lag.

After the update, the refresh rate was steady at 120 and no lag.

Glad they were able to acknowledge the issue and come up with a fix

I haven't used Smart Switch in years for software update, it was painfully slow .

Used it as well myself and it is for sure much slower than over the air updates but at least we are updated instead of just waiting for the OTA to be available.
