Apart from the RhinoShield Bumper case I'm finding other options rather thin on the ground.

I'm after one that just wraps around the edge with no back part.

Rhinoshield is all that I know of. Thanotech makes a really good bumper for the iPhone. You might try reaching out to then and see if they have any plans for the s8.

Snap I pulled the trigger earlier on today and ordered off the RhinoShield Website.

I'm in the Uk so will probably have to wait that little bit longer due to shipping.

I think it'll nicely complement my Black Dragon dbrand skin.

Perhaps you could let me know what you think once you've received it @daddyd302

It's finally here. It's alot thinner than I thought. I think it's a tad thinner than my Spigen Neo Hybrid. The buttons are kinda stiff, but still works. The sides are not as firm as I hope but I did expect it to be more flexible than my Spigen. I really dig this bumper as I can finally feel the smoothness of the back glass and not just the front.

On the flipside it does make it harder to find the finger sensor. I did hit the camera a few times trying to find it. I got the blue for my S8+ and the Grey for my S8. I'll be using them both as my main cases.

Thank you for your update.

I've heard the buttons will loosen up over time.

I was hoping for it's to be thin as I do not want to add too much to the phone.

Is the bumper firmly around the phone. I've seen videos in regards to the sides

Any chance of a few pictures @daddyd302

Ummm I don't know why my pictures are sideways?? WTH android central????

Thank you @daddyd302

How you finding it ?

Grip
Is it a snug fit. Does it feel secure around the phone.

The top and bottom are nice and tight but the sides aren't that tight. It's to be expected as it's really not that thick. I can live with those imperfection because it's a bumper and I hate cases. Well worth the money.

Me too.

It's gonna look nice with my black Dragon dbrand skin.

As long as it's stays put around the phone I'm happy with that.

It'll stay on. As long as you don't pull on the sides, they'll stay and look fine. The S8 does fit better with it than the S8+.

So is Crashguard a go or no fellas? Been debating one... Would you guys suggest one?

@blaine07

Just got home from work and applied the bumper to my Galaxy s8.

It is.....

Light.
Thin.
Snug Fit on Top and Bottom.
I see no over 'looseness' on the sides but there is some slight give but that's to be expected due to the thinness of this bumper.
I believe that some have noted some give on the sides but I think that maybe on the + models.
A good amount of lip on the front and bottom edges on front and rear of the phone to give protection.

Sorry but I've paid £689 for my s8 so won't be drop testing ;) and I hope I don't find out !

It goes very well with my dbrand Black Dragon back skin.

For me this is definitely a Go
