Burned out pixels?

I have an original Motorola Xoom and I had never noticed it before, but after viewing the screen with polarized sunglasses, there is a dark, brownish spot on the screen.
Could this be a burned out pixel(s)?

Do you see the spot without the sunglasses on? If not it's just the polarized glasses. It's like when you drive and see window tint you see spots.
