Burned Pixel Already?

So after rooting my phone this evening (after debating whether or not to for weeks) I notice one of the pixels on the screen is now green. I'm guessing it's burned out or something. Is it possible? I've had the phone for exactly 31 days!

Not a happy camper right now, after spending the last 3 hours rooting, renaming bloatware, and tinkering it looks like I will now have to unroot.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have one or 2 that sometimes look burned out. There are a few apps to test to see if they really are burnt.

That's a stuck pixel. Stuck pixels are different than burned out.

Burned pixels are black. Stuck pixels are any color that just wont change.

Usually rubbing in a circle motion around the pixel can force it to unstick.

There are apps that can fix a stuck pixel. Try Pixel Fixer on the market.

Thanks for the responses guys but out of frustration I immediatly called verizon instead of looking at the thread again. I was actually at 29 days so they are sending me out a brand new one that will be here Thursday.

But for future reference I will try Pixel Fix first, as unrooting and rerooting plus adding all apps, etc is gonna be a pain in the butt.

K correction its just dust I think. How the heck could dust get in there...
