I installed Busybox installer from the market and then it installed busybox 1.18. My only problem is that im going to flash a rom eventually and it says some roms will end up on a Bootloop trying to install their busybox. So my question is: When the time comes to flash a rom (rom manager:) how do i uninstall busybox so when i flash a rom i dont end up in a boot loop?

Busy box is mostly for app storage. Go ahead and use Rom manager you'll be fine.

So this not going to affect me flashing cyannogen mod through rom manager? Just making sure since I can't afford to brick my phone even though my sprint store will replace it easily.

Just clear data, wipe cache/dalvik prior to flashing. Oh... and don't forget to nandroid before doing anything.

Is there a brief "how to" somewhere on these steps? I'm a super ROM newbie, just rooted last night for the first time and just using the Sprint lovers ROM at the moment. Only thing I did after that was to install ROM manager and I'm sure I'm going to want to trying using new ROM's soon:) I'm just not familiar with alot right now.

Thanks!

This should help out

You might need to skip ahead if you already know about backing up (nandroid) and then he talks about wiping.
