My girlfriend and I are having lag/app closing issues with our brand new VZW LG G2s. It is fine sending texts and typing in addresses into Google Chrome.
On my end, I play Storm8 MMORPGs as I have since 2009 (haven't tested any other applications yet). There is a massive delay from when I hit a button, to when the screen reloads. On my old,old iPhone 3G I could tap the button a few times and actually get 10 (multiple tap) button entries before it refreshed and it would register 10 attacks. My old HTC Thunderbolt I could do the exact same thing. Now on my G2, I must hit the button once, wait, watch it process, and then refresh the screen. My girlfriend is having similar issues on her Pinterest and Snapchat apps. Sometimes If she clicks on a picture or takes a picture, the application just closes.
Are these bug issues like every iDevice when they first come out or something else? I'm curious because it is kind of a bummer my older HTC Thunderbolt is actually more responsive with Play Store apps than the brand new LG G2. If non-preloaded software is going to act like this, my LG G2 is going back and I will get the Galaxy S4 afterall within my two week trade back period.
