I'm using my pixel 2xl at the moment. Didn't realize switching between the most recent app quickly is an option on the 1+ gestures. I have to try that tonight.

Also you can now use Google assistant by long pressing the power button

No you don't. It's just a swipe. Literally just swing my thumb up from the bottom to the right real quick.

I have a pixel 3 and the 6T. I love the gestures on the 6T. Smooth and responsive. Easily better than the gestures on both the XS Max and Pixel 3 XL.

Make no mistake. There is a learning curve. Initially I struggled for the first two days. But now I find myself using the 6t way more than my Pixel 3 because of these gestures. Takes me back to blackberry os swiping.

I'd say it took me around a week or so to get super comfortable with the gestures. Wasn't too bad even at the beginning though.

Even though I don't own a 6T yet, by viewing some of YouTube videos and experiencing the phone at T-Mobile, the OnePlus gestures are wonderful! I plan on using them when I buy my 6T!

I'm using the OnePlus gestures. Love having all the screen real state available and they become second nature in no time. I can fast switch apps faster than a double tap, you don't lose that quick action. Just a matter of getting that muscle memory to kick into gear

Yeah I'm all in on them now. Still not sure if bezel-less is the way to go or not. I had a hard time taking a selfie tonight with the wife because I couldn't hold the phone and hit the button.

In settings it has smile detection for selfies as soon u smile snaps the shot

Yeah I have that on but it wasn't working consistently for me last night.
