Buy from VZW Online or Verizon store???

Does the store charge activation fee? Or the cost are exactly the same....for buying in store vs online??

Sometimes there's an on-line discount. Don't count on it 'though.

I'm going to guess the price will be the same. I called and they said I wouldn't be able to use my new every 2, so I wouldn't think there would be any online discount at least not anytime soon

Why did they say you could not use your NE2? Did you call a corporate store?

No new every two? Well speaking of I got the sweetest deal here lol. I ordered the x on Friday which comes tomorrow and they moved my date form JULY to now to get the x and give me 50 off?? Crazy but since I am taking the x brand new to the store to exchange I get my fifty off and no restock because it is new! I was ready to lose that fifty for good since I was not waiting but this worked out perfectly lol. So I always suggest phone sales before store because things like this happen on the phone for me all the time lol.

Since its such a news phone and there is so much hype they said I couldn't do it, I spoke with customer service and the store and they said the same thing

thats called bs.. i would try diff. store or just buy online then. the phone is a phone. they need to honor their own contract deals which includes NE2

But are you talking to a corporate store? That's just not true. Some authorized dealers or stores like Best Buy don't always honor NE2, but corporate store must.

maybe im mistaken but they said the new every 2 didn't apply to the thunderbolt and brand new phones. I talked to a corporate store

how do they even define a "new" phone?.. when does phone become "old"? 1 week? 2 weeks? 1 month?
they just playing games w/ u.. just go to diff. verizon store..

If you were talking to a corporate store, then you are probably not eligible for you last NE2 credit. That, or bring a secondary line, are the only ways you wouldn't get it.
