I ordered mine in June 9th. I checked on the order yesterday and it said it had been cancelled. I called LG and they were not helpful, they said the order had not been funded... Interesting since I have plenty of money in the bank. They told me to re-order but of course I can't because the BOGO offer has ended. I'm waiting for the rep to call me back... I doubt I get a call. Very disappointed in LG right now.

Seems like lg is really lacking in the customer service department. You're not the only one that hasn't gotten much help from them. I got they give you the promo. Would be really awful if they didn't.

How did you 'check' your order btw?? Did you have to sign up and log in to an account to do that or not? All I have is the email confirmation that they sent me when I made the order.

These people are ridiculous. I cancelled my order which will probably never cancel and I will order the full price units on Amazon. Customer service is worth more to me than 30 bucks.

Got my 2 for 1 backs.

Got my email Wed that they was shipped, got the backs today (Friday). Ordered the red and orange. The red leather is the same texture as the brown leather and the orange leather is the same as the black leather.

Well this thread was about the deal going live and bring able to order the backs. Than turned into have yours shipped yet etc... I thought I would start a new when mine came in with pictures so people can see them and maybe others could post. I don't think the two threads really had to do with each other but a Mod did so he put my post here.

Same here. I hope it's just a mistake in their system and both are actually there. Why would they just send one whem it was a Bogo half deal?!?

I ordered mine on 6/9! Still no shipping info. I called them last week and they said it will ship within the next 2 weeks. I was very tempted to just cancel my order.

I've called my CC company to reverse the charges. I'm not liking how LG is doing this. No way to cancel order, and my order placed on 6/9 has no updates whatsoever.
