Buy the 2013 Nexus 7 from Amazon or Google Play?

Just wondering what people think. Is it better to purchase the Nexus 7 from Amazon or from Google Play?. Just somewhat worried that there might be a problem with the device that will require it to be returned.

depends. Amazon only gives you 14 days return period. Google play is 30 days.
ALL support/warranty for this device will be from Google Play rather than from different places.
Dont know how warranty is handled for device bought from Amazon.
Amazon has no tax in select areas. Play gives you free shipping btw.

Google gives you 15 days to return it with a 15% restocking fee (well thats what they said when I bought my nexus 4 from them). On the brighter side if you put money on hold they will always send you a brand new replacement. Wanted to buy from them just for the added perk. No need to deal with neither asus nor LG.

Thanks. I had to return two Nexus 7's to Google the last time and had to buy a new one before they credited me for the old one.
