Buy the s9 Plus for cheaper or the Note 9?

Lets say the Note 9 is $1000 plus and not much of an upgrade over the Note 8 except has the same internals as the s9 Plus with an Spen included. Will you be upgrading to Note 9 or snag an s9 plus if there is a good deal or just stick with the Note 8?

I'm torn on that one. Especially with the Tab s4 coming out. If one could get an S9 plus for like $750 on sale or if they simply drop the price on it.

The Note 9 would need to have a 3850-4000 mAh battery for me to consider it. I already have a Note 8 and an S9+. If I could only have one of those two it would easily be the Note 8. I hope the Note 9 is more than an S9+ with an S Pen. ...just a wish.
