I'm currently on a Family Plan and I'm looking to upgrade to the Motorola Droid. Can I still get it for $20 from Android Central or is it going to cost more because I already have a plan?

I'm pretty sure those rates are for new line activations. You would have to pay more. If you don't mind, VZW offers CPO (certified Pre-owned) phones at a very reasonable price without it affecting your contract.
