buying a used note 3, always on, store-demo unit, what to expect?

Hi Guys,
There are a bunch of sellers on ebay that sell a lot of note 3's which are store demo units. Did anyone out there got one? They list some possible "shadow issue" but i see no complaints in the feedback. Do those screens die-out or get dimmer after extend use?
