I want to buy some android phone.. as I started to love android since i have noticed it's much better than iphone (imo), I want to buy some ~$150 android phone from ebay ( I wouldn't invest more than that for now).
However, I have noticed that (for some reason) unlocked phone are move expensive than the locked phones.. is it possible to buy locked phone and then unlock it on my own? I need a phone that supports GSM 900 band.. thanks
