I bought my 2nd V10 on Swappa just like my first V10. All in great condition. Only problem is my new V10 has more uneven backlight issues. Grey or dark smudges that are noticeable on white backgrounds...I contacted LG and they need proof of purchase receipt that I bought the phone. I don't think they will accept a paypal receipt as proof of purchase since that will show I bought it 2nd hand. Also I contacted the seller and they don't have a receipt/proof of purchase.
