Buying Samsung Themes

When you buy a theme from a 3rd party launcher, they are attached to your google account and no matter how many times you reset your phone or how many phones you have, that theme is yours forever.

I'm reluctant to buying Samsung themes from the theme store because I've bought some in the past and when I reset my phone or get a new phone, I need to buy them again if I want to use them. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you purchase them using your Samsung account? If so you should be able to download it again. I purchased a theme for my first Note 7. When I got my replacement Note 7 I have to download the same theme again but without any charges.

First of all, make sure you are logged into your Samsung account.

When you are on the Themes page, click on the menu in the upper right corner and click on My Page. Then, click on the Purchased. You can choose the THEME tab to see everything you've downloaded.

me too, and when I tap purchases, there's never anything there. I usually only spend under 5 bucks so hasn't been an issue, but kinda bugs me just the same.

I purchased using my Sammy account (I thought this was the only way to do it...?) When I tap purchases, I don't see my previous themes/icons.

I had a problem with my purchased and free themes that I purchased on my note 5 from theme store when I first got the note7. I was signed into my account and everything. Only a few of my purchased and free themes were there. Some I found and downloaded again but didn't have to pay for them again. I got tired of downloading cause I had alot lol. Then every now and then I would check my purchased list and my past themes slowly popped up. Heck they still popping up lol. So don't be surprised if they take time to pop up.

Did you contact Samsung+ through the app on your phone? You can find it in Galaxy apps. This seems the exact thing they should be able to help you with.
