Buying using phone account

Has anyone bought the Gear from Verizon, AT&T, or other phone carrier using "bill to account"?? Where you add whatever accessory to your phone bill and pay it off that way. I've done it before in the past with some bluetooth headsets. Just wondering if I can do the same with the Gear??

I believe you can on Verizon. They gave me that option when I upgraded to Edge, but I paid cash they had a deal where I got $100 off the Gear if I brought the Note 3
