Bye Bye, Note 10+, hello iPhone Pro Max XL

I think we all should buy one and then we can still remind ourselves how Apple severley sandbox their hardware and software ;)

I'm definitely going to post pictures of my midnight green iPhone 11 Pro once I receive it day one just for all the haters here

Also, I'll take a pic alongside my Note 10+ and Pixel so don't call me an Apple fanboy lol

I'm excited for every phone Apple or Samsung or Google or few other OEMs. No bias towards anyone for me.

Since you regularly use all the phones you should post your opinion on the merits and demerits of them. If not for my desire to constantly have 2 Note phones in my pocket I might have used another brand as my minor phone. Mustang7757 has given his viewpoint in the past.

Yea, that kinda storage has to be for a very narrow demographic who just wants the best but doesn't put a shred of media on their phone. I have yet to meet someone matching that criteria in my part of the world.
It wasn't that long ago the note series only went that high, but we at least had SD card slot. Apple is proud of their memory, the steep upgrade cost of memory has been the backbone to their Bank account for years. I think Samsung is playing with the idea of no SD card again with the note 10 having no SD card. I think they are going to watch the numbers on sales between the 2.

With 512 GB memory available and not being screwed like Apple screws their customers for memory cost, I have a question for everyone... Would you give up the SD card to get the 3.5 jack back?

I don't use either but if I had my choice I would go sd card ... I just hate wires lol

It's indirectly playing a part in my next phone choice. In fact, the ROG Phone 2 I'm looking at comes with 2... Yes TWO headphone jacks! (Take that, N10!). It has 512 GB internal storage on the Elite version and 1TB on the ultimate. That makes the trade-off a lot more tolerable.

If it was a phone with only 64 GB, no headphone jack, but with an SD card slot, I'd pass on it.

I can't tell you how many peeps I know with iPhones who are constantly complaining about running out of storage space. I just laugh. I don't remember the last time I ever ran out of storage on any of my Android phones...like never.

iPhones are still great devices. I would never keep it as a primary device but they definitely have their strengths and I can see why people like them. BUT I do feel they are overpriced for what you get, at least with the PRO models. I'm just glad my work supports my smartphone addiction.

The cult here will still call you out ignoring the androids you own. That is the way they are. Unfortunately.

I am not switching from my Note 10+ to iOS or any other android phone, until and unless they come up with a better S-Pen alternative and display. I love the S-Pen, and I actually use it about 90% of the time.

However, I love it, and look forward to when other phones introduce features and capabilities that the Note doesn't have, because if it trends, Samsung will eventually put that feature into the Note line. I don't mind waiting, and I don't care if one copies the other. Healthy competition is good for all!

Same here. Unlike who use the S-Pen for a little bit and then forget about it, I use it all the time. It's the main reason why I get the Note.
