Bypass activation?

Is there a way to bypass the activation on the Incredible?

i believe you just dont make the activation phone call, but then you wouldnt get data related services until you did

I believe I remember seeing a method that involved hitting the activation button and then just hanging up after a couple seconds, and repeat that process 3 times or so. Eventually it lets you in.. Or something..

This worked on my Droid X, when you get to the activation screen, you tap the four corners starting top left and going counter clock. Been a while since I had to do that so i might be a little off on the sequence. Not sure if that will work for you. Good luck!
