It's quite simple, log in with your credentials used before you reset the phone. If you don't have those credentials most likely it is not your phone and this thread will be shut down fast.

If someone sold you the phone that was wiped incorrectly, your only option is to work with whomever sold you the phone.

Why can you not enter your credentials that existed on the phone previously?
