Bypassing HTC Sync?

Hey fellers, I have a Google Chromebook and cannot load htc sync on there. This is a problem because I cannot just drag and drop music to folders on the phone. What do I need to do in order to get music from my computer onto the phone without htc sync? Is there an app or a setting I am missing there has to be a way!

Have you tried using AirDroid?

Just download android file transfer and all is solved. The htc sync software is terrible any way.
