Does anyone know about a really good app that kills cache and clears cookies and all of the matter ? I would like to make my phone a bit faster by cleaning some of those things, thank you

Or you could just restart your phone once-in-a-while - YMMV.

You can also clear it in recovery.

That's the system cache, which is independent of the various app caches.
