Calendar/ Agenda issues

I am having trouble adding an account to my calendar. Somehow, my wifes gmail is showing up as an account i can sync with but I am having trouble adding another one. We want to be able to access a singular calendar that shows up on my agenda and hers as well (she has a shift)... on a side note, we downloaded Cozi premium which is perfect but i have to open it to view any appoinments...I would like it to be on my agenda windo. Is this possible? If we create a mutual email account can we add it there? HELP!...

My wife and I have a shared google calender that shows up on our computer browsers that we both can post events to. Her nexus uses her google account and my google account on my evo.

I have created a new account for my family on gmail and...for some reason I cannot add the adress to my calendar...
