Calendar app that utilizes contacts

I'm looking for a calendar app that allows me to attach contacts to an event. I don't want to "invite" them, like the default Google calendar (which, other than this, is fine) does. But I do want to be able to link to Bob's contact and bring in his phone number and address automatically. Either I'm missing it (I have a cold - I'll blame the meds, if so!) or I'll need another app.

I had a great app with my old Palm Treo way back but I forgot the name and, last I saw, the functionality wasn't what I wanted it to be. It integrated everything really well, though - contacts, calendar, Email, call history, etc.

EDIT - Pocket Informant was what I'd been using, but I don't know that it'd work well for me right now. Especially with no widget. I'm hooked on Pure Calendar and need something that will work with that.

Gemini Calendar has the function you are looking for. I can tell you were a Datebook 6 user!

Also, the maker of Datebook 6 now offers an Android Calendar as well as a Desktop version. I use the Desktop version called "Pimlical", but prefer using "Gemini Calendar" on the phone.

These are two separate companies that both have their own features. You will love the Gemini Calendar when making an appointment using your phone. The address field is automatically inserted in the correct field. Plus, it has a fantastic UI with a very intuitive way of changing the date & time using a "slider".

The free version of Gemini is on the Market, but to get the full version, the Dev accepts only Paypal if I remember correctly.

Pretty much the same thing with Pimlical.

I kinda like it. It does have what I was looking for in terms of bringing in Contact information. The only thing I don't like is the way it brings in the Contact information. Do you know if there's any way to make it less formal (e.g. Contact with: x, the address reads Work - x, etc)? What's the difference with the paid version other than no ads? So far I'm liking it, not yet loving it, but gonna give it a shot. Thanks!

Any other suggestions?

Pd version has no ads including the header GEMINI so you've got basically a full split screen calendar.
I agree about the extra stuff it imports, but I use SwiftKey & it takes only a few swipes to delete this.

I have no other ideas on Calendar apps.
