Calendar not syncing

I've had my galaxy note 2 or about four months and last week the calendar stopped syncing. I have an msn account. My email is still syncing, but not my calendar. I've tried installing other calendar applications hoping one would work...no such luck. I don't know if their was an update on some appliation that may have changed settings somewhere.

I am hoping this is a simple question that someone can answer.

I am at a loss.

Please help

of course, the best solution is to just suck it up and switch to Gmail. Android integrates best with Gmail Mail/Contacts/Calendar because they are made for each other by the same company. and you can set up Gmail to get your MSN data.

I've considered the switch. I'm unable to find a way to export my calendar from msn. Do you happen to know how to do that? Thanks.

How do I sync my functioning Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phone with my laptop msn calendar? I intensely dislike Gmail since the cute little icons are fine for tweeting but ridiculous for business.

I've actually been having this issue with my personal Gmail account. My Google Apps for Business works fine, but my personal says it's experiencing issues, please try again later. It's been like this for almost 2 months.
