Calendar Notifications and LED

I may have posted this in the wrong forum a few days ago, so I'll try it here. Hopefully I don't upset the Forum mods.

Is it just my phone, or does the calendar notifications not light the LED?

I get the sound and the event on the screen, but the LED doesn't light.

Kinda annoying, if I've missed the sound/display I've got no way of knowing about the upcoming meeting.
