I use a stock Thunderbolt with the most recent GB upgrade. I like it a lot, but I'm having an issue. My calendar notifications do not work if the notification time is anything other than 12 hours. Even at that, it is hit or miss whether it will work. I use the calendar app on the phone synced with my Outlook calendar (not Enterprise) using HTC Sync to sync the two. Any thoughts, help, or advice? Thanks in advance.

I have a standard TB also and not having any issues with the calendar. My suggestion is that you first try adding an event in the TB (and not sync) and set the event for 5 minutes and see what happens it may very well be the HTC Sync program and this will tell you if that is the problem (I do not use HTC Sync but sync with Outlook differently).

It's a major bug with GB. If your phone isn't awake with the screen on, you are unlikely to get notifications on time. They will happen somewhat randomly, usually the first time your phone is awake after the alert was scheduled.

Try using the free version of calendar snooze. It worked so well for me that I purchased the full version.

I have the same problem with a Droid X using Calendar Snooze. I've complained to the app's developer and they assure me it's a GB problem.

Same here, stock tb with gmail, google calendar, and gtasks all work flawlessly syncing with my phone and online.

Are you talking about your calendar notifications on the phone or within Outlook on your PC? Also, any trouble with "snooze" on the phone or the PC? Or just notifications? Please clarify.

I'm talking about the calendar notifications on my phone. I've tried testing them as someone suggested above and nothing other than 12 hours works and sometimes even those don't work.

Well, maybe it's time for a replacement phone. But not until after you try a factory reset. I've been reading this ThunderBolt forum since before release and have never seen this be an issue. I use my calendar extensively and have never had an issue with event reminders. There have been snooze issues (like -- it doesn't work, period :) ) but no simple event reminder issues that I remember over the last 8 months.

Maybe a software conflict? Any task killers running? Any "battery savers"? Any other calendar apps running? I dunno...
