Calendar reminder time help?

I set events in my calendar with reminders, they work great except the phone reminds me in the middle of the night is there any way to change the time of the reminders to during work hours? Thanks

When you set the calendar event there's an option to set the reminder time to when ever you 'd like...like 10 minutes before the event, 1 hour, 1 day so on and so on.

but I wanna throw this on the table since this app I can not go without
its called Calendar Snooze (which i upgraded and bought the key for) when a event pops up it gives you a time that it will snooze for and it never has failed me yet
you have to keep it on the phone and not the sd card

I understand this but if you have an all day event like say your friends or Bros B-day set to remind you 2 to 7 days ahead of the event it does not give you a function of picking the time for reminder. It is only if you set an actual time on the event that would work. Thanks
