Calendar Syncing Question - NXS ONE

I've been a long time iPhone user about to make the jump to Android via Nexus One I'm getting tomorrow. The first thing I need to do is sync contacts then sync my Google Calendar.

What I've done in the past is using Thunderbird, put my appt there it then syncs to Google Calendar then to my iPhone. This is a native ability of the iPhone.

Does the Nexus One have this native ability or do I need to download an app for it? BTW...all the updating is done OTA...contacts and calendar syncing.

Thanks for any answers....:p

Anything on your Google Calendar will automatically sync to your Nexus One. It doesn't matter how it gets on your Google Calendar... if it's there, it'll get on your phone. And of course, yes it's OTA. And of course, Google Calendar comes standard with Android, so you don't have to download anything.
