California Lemon Law Doesn't Seem To Work With A Verizon Nexus

So, the supervisor that was supposed to call her back on 11-1 never got around to it. She decided to call Verizon today. They saw all her issues and offered her a RAZR. She held out and got a RAZR MAXX. I'd say that's a happy ending. Thanks to everyone that offered advice.
