'call back' button on missed call notification calls wrong number

I've got a strange problem, when I have a missed call and click the 'call back' button on the notification, it calls the wrong number. This has happened multiple times and I think it's calling the most recent number I called or second in the log or something. I'm using a pixel 9 pro on Android 16. Anyone else had this or know what could be going on?

Do you have multiple missed calls and tapping the wrong number? If not try clearing cache in the phone app then Force stop it.
