Call Blocking option gone after factory reset

I just did a factory reset but now when I go to the phone app, then hit the 3 dotted line, then go to settings, there is no call blocking option as I had a few days again, it's back to the old method which is go to the contact you want to block then edit, then add them to the send to voice mail.

I don't like that, how can I get that call blocking feature back?

You have to download the new phone apk, since the factory reset reverted everything back to stock out of the box

how to do that bro? I didn't do anything manually before, it just happened overnight with this nice change

download the newest dialer phone (2.3.12) from the play store.

it said unavailable in my country even if I used a VPN and connected to a US server. The APK file worked though. Thank you so much
