Hi All,

I have noticed that when a call ends there is a "window" that comes up, It says "Call Ended" on the top right and there are 3 options on the bottom which are Video call , Call and Message. Just above those options it says View Contact.
I don't mind it but it stays for like 4 seconds and it's annoying, you need to wait till it disappears.

is there any way i can disable it and does it stay that long on your screen too?

thanks in advance ;)

It sounds like you have a call activated app, like Tango or something else, that doesn't recognize you ending the call. If you don't know what app it is make a call, end it, and then choose one of the options and see what opens up. Then you can deal with the app causing this issue itself. It may be something you want or maybe not, but there will likely be options you can elect to stop this behavior, or opt to uninstall the app.

Hi,

I believe that's not the case, it's not an app, as when i press "Call" it call the same contact i have just spoken to and if i choose message it goes to messages to write a txt???

Can anyone with a Note 4 answer this please?

It shows after every call. Just tap the back button and that will dismiss the screen and you won't have to wait for it to close on it's own.

mhunter, I agree that should handle the issue, however it is concerning that it happens in the first place. On old cellphones there used to be an option to call a number back if the call was dropped. Now while I don't have the Note 4 it kind of sounds like some type of option like that. Where it thinks the call was prematurely ended, and instead of giving you the only option cellphones had back in the day, it gives you all of the options of todays smart phone. Since I don't have the Note 4 or a Sammy I can't check the calling options to see if such an option exists, but if I did I would probably check the dialer settings first, Accessibility next, and finally Developer options, if they are open on the Note 4.
